Kot Sarwar is a village in Pindi Bhattian Tehsil near Sukheke.[1] It has an interchange on M2 motorway which help transport to connects nearly areas like Sukheke.It is the village of Chaudary Ghulam Muhammad Bhatti who was the head of Bhatti tribe in the area.He had his own system of Panchait on his Dera (Dera Manj Masti Bhatti).He was elected as the first Chairman of Union Council Kot Sarwar in 1959.His father Chaudary Rehmat Khan Bhatti was also the head of tribe.The only son of Chaudary Ghulam Muhammad Bhatti was also a student Politician.His name is Chaudary Mumtaz Hussain Bhatti.He was the president of Punjab of MSF(n) in 90s.He is also a Poet of Urdu and Punjabi language.He won divisional Adbi Award in 1992.He has wrote many articles in different newspapers.One of his famous article is Alif sy Allah ya Alif sy America published in Nawa-i-Waqt.Now he is an Editor-in-Chief of a weekly newspaper and president of a NGO
