La Rose is a former settlement in Kern County, California.^[1] It was located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 3 miles (4.8 km) northwest of Mojave,^[2] at an elevation of 3766 feet (1148 m).^[1] La Rose still appeared on maps as of 1947.^[1]
