Mil-Lel is a settlement near Mount Gambier in South Australia.[2]

In the 2011 census, Mil-Lel had a population of 335.[1]

The name for this locality is believed to be a corruption of "Mullel", the name of a nearby waterhole.[3] The name was historically spelled as two words: "Mil Lel" until the spelling was changed to "Mil-Lel" in the SA Government Gazette 28/5/2009.[4]
