Milan Ftáčnik (born 30 October 1956) is a Slovak politician, former Minister of Education of the Slovak Republic from 1998 to 2002 and former Mayor of Bratislava from 2010 to 2014. He is also a teacher at the Department of Applied Informatics at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava.
Ftáčnik is often described as a left-wing politician.
