Minear, California

Minear is a former settlement in Mariposa County, California.^[1] It was located 6 miles (9.7 km) north of Jerseydale.^[1]

A post office operated at Minear from 1895 to 1896.^[1] The name honors John J. Minear, its first postmaster.^[1]
