Missouri State University–West Plains

Missouri State University–West Plains[1] is one of three branch campuses of the Missouri State University System, located in West Plains, Missouri, United States. The official fall 2015 enrollment was 1,993 students.[2] Established in 1963, Missouri State University–West Plains currently has an open enrollment policy to promote student success for all students.[3]

Student Life

Missouri State University-West Plains offers a wide variety of activities for students, including Student Government Association, study-abroad opportunities and numerous student organizations. Students can work out or play sports in the West Plains Civic Center gym or the Student Recreation Center, and can experience the arts in many of the University/Community Programs featured at the Civic Center. Grizzly House

The Grizzly House is Missouri State-West Plains' University’s first residential facility, located in the heart of campus on Trish Knight Street.

Grizzly Lofts (Formerly - Shoe Loft Factory)

On January 1, 2017, the Shoe Factory Lofts, 665 Missouri Ave., in West Plains, will become Grizzly Lofts, and Missouri State-West Plains will assume management of the facility, which can accommodate 274 students. [6]
