Njeguška pršuta
Njeguška pršuta (Njeguški pršut) is a specialty of Njeguši, a village in Montenegro. A dry-cured ham, served uncooked, similar to Italian Prosciutto. Its particular flavor and aroma are, according to manufacturers,[1] the result of the mixture of sea and mountain air and wood burned during the drying process.[2][3]
