Vallée d’Aoste Jambon de Bosses
Vallée d’Aoste Jambon de Bosses is a spicy cured pork product from Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses in the Aosta Valley in Italy,[1] one of the region's specialties.[2][3] It was awarded European Union protected designation of origin (PDO) status.[4]
