Pachakuthira (translation: Grasshopper) is a 2006 Malayalam comedy-drama film directed by Kamal and starring Dileep and Gopika. It was a box office success.[1]
Plot
A junior artist in movies, Anandakkuttan, meets his long-lost German brother, Akash Menon. However, his brother is mentally unstable and he causes trouble to everyone including the neighbors. Initially Anandakkuttan hates Akash Menon, but finally he develops a bond between his brother and himself. This film has similarity to the English movie Rain Man.

Reception
It released in more than 50 theatres and had a good collection of 1.5 crore in first 6 days. The credit is to the dual role of Dileep as both as a young man and as an autistic patient.
