The Pacific sharpnose shark (Rhizoprionodon longurio) is a requiem shark of the family Carcharhinidae. It is found in the subtropical waters of the eastern Pacific Ocean between latitudes 33° N and 16° S, from the surface to a depth of 27 m. It can grow up to a length of about 1.5 m (5.0 ft).[2]
