Patrick Ambrose (born 1 September 1991) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). After playing with Essendon's Victorian Football League (VFL) team, he was recruited by Essendon with the twenty-sixth pick in the 2014 rookie draft[1] and was elevated to the main team list prior to the start of the 2014 season, replacing Alex Browne.[2] He made his debut against North Melbourne in round 1 of the 2014 season.[3]
