Pavilion is a mall at Fountain Chowk in Ludhiana city of Punjab. The mall, developed by Bharti Realty Ltd., has approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of shopping and leisure facilities.

Pavilion is constructed on a 2.47 acres plot at the fountain chownk opposite the Old Sessions Court site, close to the affluent residential neighborhoods of Civil Lines, Tagore Nagar, Kitchlu Nagar, Rakh Bagh, Club Road, Mall Enclave, Sarabha Nagar, Gurdev Nagar, Model Town, Rani Jhansi Road and College Road and is accessible from five major axis roads.

Opened for business in early 2014, the mall has over 100 premium retail units including a 17,000 sq. ft. food court and PVR Cinemas with 7 screen multiplex along with other entertainment and shopping facilities.[1][2]

Pavilion is a LEED pre Gold certified building and it is among India’s very few LEED Gold Rated Retail facilities.
