Regina Valter (Russian: Регина Валтер, born 2 December 1995) is a Kazakhstani model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Almaty 2015 she will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2016. Later, she competed at the Miss Kazakhstan pageant and she finishes as 3rd Runner Up. The winner was Allia Mergembaeva.[1]
Personal life
Regina is currently student of Tyumen State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia.
Miss Almaty 2015
Regina crowned Miss Almaty 2015 on August 22, 2015 and will compete at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. This year, as Miss Almaty, the reigning winner would compete at the pageant representing Kazakhstan. Since 2015, the Miss Almaty Organization has officially sent its winner to the Miss Universe. Later Regina might compete at the Miss Kazakhstan 2015 after competing at the Miss Universe. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.[2]
