Richard Lee Stotter (born April 5, 1945) is a former American football linebacker who played one season with the Houston Oilers of the American Football League. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the fourteenth round of the 1968 NFL Draft. Stotter played college football at the University of Houston and attended Shaker Heights High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio.[1] He was a Consensus All-American in 1967.[2]
