SMART East Africa
Smart East Africa is a mobile and Internet services provider based in Burundi, Tanzania and Uganda. It was launched in 2014 under Industrial Promotion Services (IPS) Kenya, which in turn is part of the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED).
