SM City Taytay is a shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings. It is the first SM mall in Rizal.[1] The mall consists of two buildings connected by a bridgeway. The Building A have a 2 floor and Building B is 3 floor while the new SM BPO is 4 floor. It is the 29th mall of SM.
The mall has a gross floor area (GFA) of 91,920 m2 (989,400 sq ft) and stands on 38,525 m2 (414,680 sq ft) of land. SM City Taytay has a leasable area of 42,459 m2 (457,020 sq ft).
