Sage Watson (born 20 June 1994) is a Canadian athlete specialising in the 400 metres hurdles.^[2] She represented her country at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing reaching the semifinals. In July 2016 she was officially named in Canada's Olympic team.^[3]
