A Seattle roll is a makizushi roll similar to the California roll.[1] It typically contains cucumber, avocado, raw salmon, and masago or tobiko. Variations include ingredients such as smoked or seared salmon and cream cheese.[2] It can be found at restaurants in Seattle and has become a favorite of food critics.[3][4]
