Shijō-mae Station (市場前駅 Shijōmae-eki) is a station on the Yurikamome Line in Kōtō, Tokyo, Japan, operated by Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Corporation. The station is numbered "U-14".
Lines
Shijō-mae Station is served by the 14.7 km Yurikamome automated guideway transit line between Shimbashi and Toyosu, and is located 13.5 km from the starting point of the line at Shimbashi.[1]

The station opened on 27 March 2006.[1]

In fiscal 2012, the station was used by an average of 83 passengers daily.[1]
Surrounding area
As of 2013, all of the surrounding area is either vacant or under construction. The station name literally means "In Front of the Marketplace", referring to a plan to move the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market (more popularly known as the Tsukiji fish market) to an adjacent site.
