Sims Avenue

Sims Avenue (Chinese: 沈氏道; pinyin: Shěn shì dào) is a one-way major road in Singapore connecting Kallang Road to Jalan Eunos. It has bus lane in the whole stretch, with one of them between Kallang Road and Sims Way being a full-day bus lane. It extends eastward as Sims Avenue East, and until Siglap Road. The stretch of road after Siglap Road is named New Upper Changi Road. The road is named after a local businessman Sim Kia Jan (Chinese: 沈嘉然; pinyin: Shěn Jiā Rán), who owned a stretch of land in the nearby area.[1]
