Release history
Both songs remained out of print for decades, with "Lady" (under the alternate title "Fallin' in Love") seeing release as a stereo remix in 2009 on The Beach Boys' Summer Love Songs compilation. The original mono single mix of "Sound of Free" was officially released on CD for the first time on The Beach Boys' 2013 box set Made in California.
