Space Poop Challenge

The Space Poop Challenge is a 2016 contest sponsored by the American National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for new designs for space toilet systems for use in space suits.[1][2][3][4][5]

The contest requests "proposed solutions for fecal, urine, and menstrual management systems to be used in the crew’s launch and entry suits over a continuous duration of up to 144 hours."[6]
