St. Clair Winery
St. Clair Winery is an American winery in Deming, New Mexico, founded in 1984.[1] It is New Mexico's largest winery[2] and is known for its chile-infused wine made with Hatch peppers, for which it was awarded a US$50,000 US Federal grant.[3]
The winery's vineyards are located in the Mesilla Valley AVA.[2] Besides the winery and tasting room in Deming, St. Clair has bistros in Albuquerque, Farmington, and Las Cruces, New Mexico.[4]
