Thiruvananthapuram Development Authority (TRIDA) (Malayalam: തിരുവനന്തപുരം നഗര പ്രദേശ വികസന സമിതി), commonly abbreviated as TRIDA, is a body of the Government of Kerala that is responsible for the infrastructure development of the Thiruvananthapuram Metropolitan Region.[1] TRIDA was constituted in the year 1980 under the Travancore Town Planning Act. The Authority has 30 General Council Members and 11 Executive Committee Members that governs the functioning.[2]
