Tjiuee Uanivi (born 31 December 1990) is a Namibian rugby union player that normally plays as a lock or flanker.[1]
He represented Namibia since 2014,[2] and was a member of their 2015 Rugby World Cup squad.[3]
He played for French Top 14 side Brive between 2013 and 2015.[4] After the 2015 Rugby World Cup, he moved to South Africa to join the Sharks; he was also included in the Sharks squad for the 2016 Super Rugby season.[5]
He failed to make any appearances in Super Rugby – playing five times for a Sharks XV in the 2016 Currie Cup qualification series – and returned to the northern hemisphere, signing for Scottish Pro 12 side Glasgow Warriors for the 2016–2017 season.[6]
Uanivi made his debut for the Warriors in the pre-season match against Harlequins on the 20 August 2016.[7]
