Vakhsh (Tajik: Вахш, وخش) is a city in southeastern Tajikistan.

It is about 100 km from the capital, Dushanbe. It is the capital Vakhsh District. It has one of the three Catholic Tadjik churches under the Mission sui iuris of Tajikistan.
