Viktor Milenin (born 20 November 1987) is a Russian male Paralympic sitting volleyball player, playing as an opposite spiker. He is part of the Russia men's national sitting volleyball team. He competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics finishing 4th.[1] On club level he played for AVS Rodnik in 2012.
