Vladimir Anatolyevich Fyodorov (Russian: Влади́мир Анато́льевич Фёдоров; born February 19, 1939) is a Russian film and theater actor.
Biography
In 1964 Fyodorov graduated from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and he joined the Institute of Biophysics, USSR Ministry of Health. Vladimir Fyodorov's profession is nuclear physicist and he is the author of more than 50 scientific works and inventions. Many of his works have been translated into English. He was a student of Igor Kurchatov.
Career
Fyodorov first appeared on the screen at the age of 32, while film director Aleksandr Ptushko invited the young scientist to act the role of the villain Chernomor in the film Ruslan and Ludmila. Since Vladimir Fyodorov shot many starring dwarf variety, thanks to his low height - 130 cm.[1] The best-known film works - already mentioned Chernomor, the villain and the oligarch Turanchoks of the sci-fi movie Per Aspera Ad Astra.
In the late '80s, Vladimir Fyodorov came on the professional scene and played in the productions of the Vakhtangov theater. Since 1993 he has been an actor of the theater Nikitsky Gate.
From 1997 to 1998 Fyodorov was a co-presenter and assistant to Leonid Yarmolnik in the game show Gold Rush.
Personal life
Fyodorov has been married to the actress Vera for 35 years.[2]
