History
The station went on the air as WCHO in February 1952. It became WOFR on 1983-06-27, then changed its call sign to WBUB on 1998-04-17, then back to WCHO on 1999-01-18, then to WMXV on 1999-11-05, then back to WCHO on 2000-10-23, then to WKSI on 2002-03-26, and back to the current WCHO on 2003-12-24.[2]
