Who owns the state? (Latvian: Kam pieder valsts?) is a conservative party in Latvia. It was founded by former Latvian Association of Regions deputy of the Saeima, and since February 2016 independent politician Artuss Kaimiņš. It is currently the smallest party in Saeima. The party has registered its name under KPV LV.[1]
