Withrow is a neighborhood of Grant, Washington County, Minnesota, United States. It was formally absorbed into the city of Grant in 1996. Nearby places include the city of Hugo and May Township.
The center of Withrow is generally considered at the intersection of Keystone Avenue North, Keats Avenue North, and 119th Street North. It was named for early settler Thomas Withrow.
Withrow Elementary School, part of the Stillwater Area School District, I.S.D. #834, is located nearby.[2]

Withrow is located eight miles northeast of White Bear Lake, and nine miles northwest of Stillwater.
