History
LAN Airlines wanted to expand into Colombia, so in 2006 Aeroasis was legally established at Section 33 from GEPA, with the support of LAN Airlines. The airline would be a subsidiary of the LATAM Airlines Group in 2012, when it starts operations. LAN Airlines started its expansion at the beginning of 2011 with AIRES purchase and will finish when Aeroasis starts flying. But after AIRES purchase, LAN changed plans and decided to stop Aeroasis Plan. So the airliner´s planes were sent to LAN Colombia.
