Andrew Harris (born 17 November 1970) is an English former professional footballer who made 40 appearances in the Football League playing for Birmingham City, Oxford United and Exeter City.[2][3] He played as a midfielder.
Harris was born in Birmingham. He joined Birmingham City as an apprentice under the YTS scheme, and turned professional two years later.[4] He made his debut on 11 November 1989, substituting for John Frain in a goalless draw at Leyton Orient.[5] He went on loan in October 1991 to Oxford United, where he played only once,[6] and the following month was allowed to move to Exeter City.[4] In two-and-a-half years at Exeter Harris played 38 games in the Third Division,[3] scoring one league goal, which came against Stoke City. In 1994 he moved into non-league football with Nuneaton Borough.[4]
