Not to be confused with the similarly named, now-defunct Ang Mo Kio Single Member Constituency that existed prior to the 1991 elections, when this ward was formed.

Ang Mo Kio Group Representation Constituency (Chinese: 宏茂桥集选区; Malay: Kawasan Undi Perwakilan Berkumpulan Ang Mo Kio; Tamil: அங் மோ கியோ குழுத் தொகுதி) is a six-member Group Representation Constituency (GRC) in the north eastern region of Singapore. The constituency encompasses the majority of Ang Mo Kio (Teck Ghee, Cheng San, Yio Chu Kang, Seletar Hills and a small portion of Kebun Baru, the rest of which is part of another GRC), Jalan Kayu, the northern half of Serangoon North, the western half of Sengkang (Fernvale), as well as the northwestern portion of Hougang.

In the 2001 general election, the constituency was enlarged to include most parts of the Cheng San Group Representation Constituency, while during the general election in 2006, the Yio Chu Kang division – where the centre of Ang Mo Kio town is located – was hived off as a Single Member Constituency (SMC). In 2011, Yio Chu Kang was returned to Ang Mo Kio GRC, while the Sengkang West division was carved out into an SMC, which till today is still managed by the Ang Mo Kio Town Council.

Nee Soon South had been part of the GRC until 2011 and Kebun Baru had been part of the GRC until 2015 – both divisions were transferred to the Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency. In turn, parts of northwestern Hougang were absorbed into the GRC progressively since 2011 – Aljunied-Hougang was included that year, and Punggol South followed suit in 2015.

Ang Mo Kio GRC is led by the third Prime Minister of Singapore and PAP secretary-general Lee Hsien Loong, who is the MP for the Teck Ghee district. It is co-led by Darryl David, MP for Ang Mo Kio-Hougang. The GRC has been held by the People's Action Party since its formation in 1991, and had been uncontested in every general election before 2006.

The western portion of the GRC consists of parts of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve while in the Northeastern corner, it fronts a short coastline in the Straits of Johor with 2 reclaimed islands, Pulau Punggol Barat and Pulau Punggol Timor.
