Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya Bahadur Debbarma

Colonel Maharaja Manikya Sir Bir Bikram Kishore Deb Barma Bahadur GBE KCSI (19 August 1908 – 17 May 1947) was the last ruling Maharaja of Tripura before it merged with India in 1949.

The Maharaja was Commander-in-Chief of the Tripura State Forces, an Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army, Honorary Colonel of the 5th (Bengal Presidency) Urban Infantry Territorial Army, and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the Royal Society of Literature.[1]
