Caddo Mills is a city in Hunt County, Texas, United States. It is home to a Fedex sorting facility. The population was 1,338 at the 2010 census.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 1,149 people, 459 households, and 335 families residing in the city. The population density was 439.2 people per square mile (169.3/km2). There were 494 housing units at an average density of 188.8 per square mile (72.8/km2). The racial makeup of the city is 92.7% White, Hispanic or Latino makes up 8.03% of the population.
There were 459 households out of which 36.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.4% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.0% were non-families. 25.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.50 and the average family size was 3.00.
In the city the population was spread out with 27.6% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 29.2% from 25 to 44, 21.5% from 45 to 64, and 14.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females there were 83.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 80.5 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $15,071, and the median income for a family was $23,516. Males had a median income of $26,979 versus $19,875 for females. The per capita income for the city was $16,531. About 6.4% of families and 8.9% of the population were below the poverty line, including 6.5% of those under age 18 and 18.1% of those age 65 or over.
