The Miss District of Columbia USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the District of Columbia in the Miss USA pageant.
One of the more successful states at Miss USA, the District of Columbia is one of 15 states to win Miss USA more than once and one of only twelve states to win the Miss Congeniality award twice. From 1970 to 1975, they had a streak of six consecutive top 12 placements. This was broken in 1976, but achieved again in 1977.
Two Miss District of Columbia USA titleholders previously held the Miss District of Columbia Teen USA title and three have competed at Miss America.
The current titleholder is Jasmine Jones, after Deshauna Barber won Miss USA.[1]
