Chionodraco is a genus of crocodile icefishes found in the Southern Ocean.
Reproduction
In common with many other channichthyid fishes, reproduction in Chionodraco hamatus involves laying eggs in a nest and parental guarding. Similar morphological features suggest that at least Chionodraco rastrospinosus has similar reproductive behaviours.[1]

There are currently three recognized species in this genus:[2]

- Chionodraco myersi H. H. DeWitt & J. C. Tyler, 1960 (Myers' icefish)
- Chionodraco rastrospinosus H. H. DeWitt & Hureau, 1979 (Ocellated icefish)
