Dale Fowler is a Republican member-elect to the Illinois Senate who will take office in January 2017.[1] Fowler will represent the 59th district which includes all or portions of Franklin, Hamilton, Williamson, Saline, Gallatin, Hardin, Pope, Massac, Johnson, Union, Pulaski and Alexander counties in Southern Illinois.[2]
