Dobromilice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.96 square kilometres (3.07 sq mi), and has a population of 873 (as at 1 January 2014).
Dobromilice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Prostějov, 27 km (17 mi) south of Olomouc, and 212 km (132 mi) east of Prague.
