Ochoz is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.31 square kilometres (1.28 sq mi), and has a population of 198 (as at 3 July 2006).
Ochoz lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-west of Prostějov, 25 km (16 mi) west of Olomouc, and 188 km (117 mi) east of Prague.
