The Frank McPartland Three-Decker is a historic triple-decker house at 61 Paine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. It was built c. 1912, when the Lincoln Street area was developed as a streetcar suburb, and is a well-preserved example of Colonial Revival styling. Its most distinctive element is its three-tier porch, supported by Tuscan columns, and with an unusual decorative balustrade. Frank McPartland, its first owner, was a postal letter carrier.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
