Ghug is a village in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from Kapurthala, which is both district and sub-district headquarters of Ghug. The village is administrated by a sarpanch, an elected representative of the village.[1]

Demography

According to the report published by Census India in 2011, Ghuga has total number of 117 houses and population of 612 of which include 318 males and 294 females.
