Good Universe is an independent film production company founded by Joe Drake and Nathan Kahane.
History
In Spring 2012, Good Universe was launched as longtime partners Joe Drake and Nathan Kahane transitioned out of Lionsgate, where Drake served as the president of the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group and Kahane as the president of Mandate Pictures.[1] The new company, with the infrastructure and resources to develop, package, produce and fully finance its movies, kicked off at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.[2]
