The Kennedy/Marshall Company (KM) is an American film-production company, based in Santa Monica, California, founded in 1992[2] by spouses Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall.
It presently has contracts with Paramount Pictures, Spyglass Entertainment, DreamWorks, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures and the Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group. Kennedy and Marshall are co-founders with Steven Spielberg of Amblin Entertainment.
