Hervé Kage (born 10 April 1989 in Kinshasa, Zaire) is a Congolese[1] footballer who currently plays for Kortrijk.

Career

Kage began his career on youthside with FC ASSE-Zellik 2002 and was in summer 2004 scouted from R.S.C. Anderlecht. On 24 January 2007 left R.S.C. Anderlecht and joined on loan to Eredivisie team RKC Waalwijk.[2] After only two games with Waalwijk in the half year that he was there, Kage returned to Anderlecht. On 31 January 2008, he was loaned out to farm team R. Union Saint-Gilloise.[3]

After few years with R.S.C. Anderlecht, Kage signed a two years contract on 17 June 2009 with R. Charleroi S.C..[4]

Before signing a contract at AA Gent in January 2013 Kage was loaned out to Beitar Jerusalem in 2011.

In July 2014 he joined KRC Genk.

International

Kage was member of the DR Congo national under-23 football team, and later apart of the DR Congo national football team at the 2015 African Cup of Nations. Kage debuted for DR Congo in an friendly against Cameroon on 7 January 2015.
