In and Out of Love is the debut album of American R&B singer Cheri Dennis, issued by Bad Boy/Atlantic Records. It was exclusively released through the iTunes Store on November 13, 2007, with the physical album made available on February 26, 2008. In and Out of Love debuted at #74 on the Billboard 200, but never climbed higher.[3]
"Portrait of Love", the second of three singles released, reached #55 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.[4] It was originally entitled "Portrait" and featured only Yung Joc, but after the single was leaked the title was changed and Gorilla Zoe was added to the song. the first single "I Love You", and the third single "Pretend" featuring Maino never charted.

Notes
- "Intro" is originally from P. Diddy and the Bad Boy Family's 2001 album The Saga Continues.... It was the fourteenth track, and was titled "Incomplete (Interlude)"
- "Waiting" samples "Forever" by British soul band Kokomo
- "All I Wanna Do" contains an interpolation of "Got My Mind Made Up" by 2Pac, Tha Dogg Pound, Method Man, & Redman from Pac's fifth album All Eyez On Me.
- "Dropping Out Of Love" has an identical instrumental to that of The Notorious B.I.G. and 112's "Sky's the Limit" from his second album Life After Death, which in turn contained samples of Bobby Caldwell's "My Flame" and D. Train's "Keep On."
- "Freak", which is a Japanese bonus track and originally featured female rapper Babs, was written by Chris Henderson, Steve Jordan, Diddy, Th. Baldursson, M Bjoekland and J Kurduletsch.
- "Ooh La La" which is the other Japanese bonus track was written by Ryan Leslie, Richard Frierson and David Haulsey.
- The song Remind You was iTunes' Single of the Week one week.
