Idalia, Missouri

Idalia is an unincorporated community in Stoddard County, Missouri, United States. It is located six miles northeast of Dexter. Its post office has closed and mail now comes from Bloomfield. The community was founded in 1890, and according to Ramsay, was probably named for the daughter of landowner H. H. Bedford.
