Zhuolan, Miaoli
Zhuolan Township (Chinese: 卓蘭鎮; pinyin: Zhuólán Zhèn) is an urban township in Miaoli County, Taiwan.
History
Formerly called Talan (Chinese: 罩蘭; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tà-lân).[1]
Geography
It has a population total of 18,353 and an area of 75.3153 square kilometers.

Agricultural products
Pears, grapes, starfruits and tangerines are the four main kinds of fruits grown in Zhuolan.

Transportation
There are several city bus routes from Fengyuan District and Dongshi District, Taichung City linking with Zhuolan Township. Provincial Highway 3 passes by Zhuolan, and makes it linking with Dahu, Miaoli County to the north, with Dongshi District, Taichung City to the south.
