This is a list of characters from Transformers: Robots in Disguise, the sequel to Transformers: Prime.

Autobots

The Bee Team

• Bumblebee (voiced by Will Friedle^[1]) - The main protagonist of the series who transforms into a yellow and black Griffin Motors 1995 Windblazer, which is similar to the Chevrolet Camaro. At the start of the series, Bumblebee was working on the Cybertron police force due to the fact that the new Autobot High Council had issues with the Autobots. As the leader of the Autobot team on Earth, he is constantly obsessed with living up to Optimus' expectations when leading his team, especially when he is trying to keep order in the group. A running gag of the series' first season is when he is trying to create a catchy rallying cry, which often results in them being bad puns or just lame in general, before he settles on "Rev up and roll out!".
• Optimus Prime (voiced by Peter Cullen^[1]) - The last of the Primes, the former leader of the Autobots and Bumblebee's mentor who transforms into a red and blue semi-truck with an accompanying trailer. Originally thought to have died after the events of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising, he was later resurrected by the Primes of the past to help stop an evil that would result in the destruction of both Earth and Cybertron. Following his return to Earth, he co-leads the Autobots alongside Bumblebee as his equal. In season two, he becomes leader of an Away Team. Following the two-part "Decepticon Island", he leaves Earth for Cybertron with the intent of investigating the new regime ruling over the planet before being called back to Earth in "Strongarm's Big Score" to help rescue Bumblebee and the Mini-Cons. He eventually departs yet again to hand Starscream, his bounty hunters, and the Scavengers over to Cybertronian authorities following "Worthy".
• Strongarm (voiced by Constance Zimmer^[1]) - A cadet in the Cybertronian Elite Guard and Bumblebee's subordinate who transforms into a blue and white police-modified SUV. She often worries about abiding by the law and following protocol which in some cases jeopardizes the mission. She is essentially the complete opposite of Sideswipe and the two often jab at each other.
• Sideswipe (voiced by Darren Criss^[1]) - The rebellious "bad boy" of the Bee Team who transforms into a red street racing-ready sports car. Incompetent and sometimes lazy, he often risks missions, even the lives of his own teammates, all for the sake of his boredom. He makes up for it with his speed and agility, but is also known to be claustrophobic as revealed in "Even Robots Have Nightmares".
• Fixit (voiced by Mitchell Whitfield^[1]) - A hyperactive yet faulty-wired Mini-Con who originally served as the steward and guard of the Alchemor and later serves as the Autobots' caretaker and medic. He also provides the identification of the escaped Decepticons and reports their location. He develops a close friendship with Russell and Denny as he is rarely out in the field. Because Fixit is so small, he does not have a proper vehicle mode and instead turns into a variety of tools. However, he transforms into a drill-type vehicle in the toyline.
• Grimlock (voiced by Khary Payton^[1]) - A Dinobot who transforms into a mechanical Tyrannosaurus and serves as the team's muscle. Originally imprisoned on the Alchemor as a Decepticon for committing property damages, he later becomes an Autobot after gaining the team's trust and eventually gains Autobot symbols in place of his Decepticons symbols following "True Colors". He is not very bright and often attempts to solve problems with his fists rather than strategy.
• Drift (voiced by Eric Bauza^[1]) - An Autobot bounty hunter who transforms into an orange samurai-like car resembling a cross between a Bugatti Veyron and a Gumpert Apollo. In "Hunting Season", he came to Earth to collect the bounty placed on Bumblebee. He later joins the team along with his two Mini-Con students to study under Bumblebee in "One of Our Mini-Cons is Missing". His figure is that of a samurai, generally doing things the honorable way, which includes fighting fairly (much to his disadvantage).
  • Slipstream and Jetstorm (both voiced by Roger Craig Smith^[1]) - Drift's Mini-Con students who can both transform into buzzsaw vehicles that can attach themselves onto Drift's wrists. Both of them were originally ex-cons before being taken in by Drift.
• Windblade (voiced by Kristy Wu^[2]) - A charming yet self-centered female Autobot who transforms into a red and black airplane, making her the only Autobot in the series with a vehicle form capable of flight. She first helps the Autobots in "The Buzz on Windblade" before she officially joins the team following the two-part "Battlegrounds". She was originally sent by Primus to help fight against the evil which would result in Earth's and Cybertron's destruction. Following the two-part "Decepticon Island", she leaves Earth for Cybertron alongside Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Undertone, and Toolbox due to feeling homesick.

Minor Autobots

• Jazz (voiced by Arif S. Kinchen^[1]) - A friend of Bumblebee and Sideswipe's idol who transforms into a race car. In "Can You Dig It?", he came to Earth after receiving the distress signal from the Alchemor after it crashed. He is the only Autobot in the first season who does not stay on Earth.
• Ratchet (voiced by Jeffrey Combs)^[3] - A veteran Autobot medic and a long-time friend of Optimus Prime who transforms into a white and red ambulance resembling a Ford E-350. He was sent by the new Autobot High Council to hunt down the war criminals where he encounters Bumblebee's group in "Decepticon Island: Part 1". Following "Decepticon Island: Part 2", he and Undertone leave Earth for Cybertron alongside Optimus Prime, Windblade, and Toolbox.
  • Undertone - A silent Mini-Con partnered with Ratchet who transforms into a buzzsaw vehicle in the show. In the toyline, he is a Cyclone Mini-Con who turns into a sphere.
• Toolbox (voiced by Mitchell Whitfield)^[3] - One of the older model Mini-Cons that were assigned to guard the Alchemor alongside Fixit. When the back part of Alchemor crashed on Earth, Toolbox and the Mini-Cons with him were enslaved by Glowstrike and Scorponok so that they can repair the Alchemor in their plans to plunder the galaxy. Upon hearing Steeljaw mention Bumblebee's group in "Decepticon Island: Part 1", Toolbox escaped and made his way to Denny's scrapyard. After the Decepticons of Decepticon Island are defeated in "Decepticon Island: Part 2", Toolbox and the other Mini-Cons repaired the Alchemor as they left Earth for Cybertron alongside Optimus Prime, Windblade, Ratchet, and Undertone.
• Cinch (voiced by Mitchell Whitfield)^[3] - A Mini-Con worker on the Alchemor that was enslaved by Glowstrike's group. Following the two-part "Decepticon Island", he and the rest of his co-workers leave Earth for Cybertron.

Weaponizer Mini-Cons

The Weaponizer Mini-Cons are a special breed of Mini-Cons who can empower their hosts while in weapon mode while controlling their bodies. They originally sided with the Decepticon Scavengers while being hunted down by Starscream before siding with the Autobots. Following "Worthy", they Weaponizers leave Earth in search of a new home.

• Aerobolt (voiced by Steven Blum) - The bird-motif leader of the Weaponizer Mini-Cons who can transform into a white and blue handheld shield. He is partnered with Optimus Prime.
• Buzzstrike (voiced by Rick Pasqualone) - A Weaponizer Mini-Con who can transform into a red axe. He was partnered with Paralon before siding with Bumblebee.
• Sawtooth (voiced by Crispin Freeman) - A fish monster-motif Weaponizer Mini-Con who can transform into a dark blue trident. He was partnered with Scatterspike before siding with Strongarm.
• Tricerashot (voiced by Robbie Rist) - A Triceratops-motif Weaponizer Mini-Con who can transform into an orange blaster cannon. He was partnered with Thermidor before siding with Grimlock.
• Bashbreaker (voiced by Gilbert Gottfried) - A Weaponizer Mini-Con who can transform into a large light blue hammer. He was partnered with Clawtrap. There is also a variant in the toyline that portrays him as a Decepticon.
• Windstrike - A Weaponizer Mini-Con who can transform into a blue sword. He is partnered with Sideswipe.
• Lancelon - A knight-themed Weaponizer Mini-Con who can transform into a yellow and purple sword. He is partnered with Drift in the cartoon and Starscream in the toyline, where he is portrayed as a Decepticon.

Decepticons

Most of the Decepticons in this series were originally prisoners on the maximum security prison ship Alchemor. Most of them have beast forms as their alternate mode or have animal motifs in their robot mode. At the beginning of the series, the Alchemor crashes because of Megatronus and the Decepticon prisoners are freed. It is now the mission of Bumblebee's team to re-capture them. Unlike previous series, the Decepticons are not an actual enemy faction. Evidence shows that after the war ended, the title of Decepticon and its symbol came to represent criminals rather than any former warriors of the faction.

Decepticons introduced in Season One

• Steeljaw (voiced by Troy Baker^[1]) - A gray wolf-motif Decepticon who transforms into a wolf snout-like off-road vehicle. He generally serves as the main antagonist for the first two seasons and is Bumblebee's new nemesis in a vein, which echos the rivalry with Optimus and Megatron. As revealed in "Lockout", Steeljaw was imprisoned on the Alchemor for trying to incite a rebellion. He wishes to rule Earth as a safe and peaceful haven for Decepticons. Steeljaw leads his own team throughout the first season to defeat the Autobots and further his plans. He is often coll and charismatic, but he has been shown be hot-headed, as he (like his predecessor Megatron), does not tolerate mission failures or betrayals, and he got angry when Thunderhoof tried to kill Clampdown in "Sideways". At the end of "Lockout", he joins forces with Megatronus in hopes to control Earth for himself, only to get enraged after Megatronus revealed to Steeljaw that he had lied in "Battlegrounds: Part 2". Steeljaw attempted to avenge himself on Megatronus but was hurled far away into the distance. His pack was subsequently recaptured by the Autobots. Steeljaw later returned in "Metal Meltdown", where he discovered another group of Decepticon fugitives led by Glowstrike and Scorponok, who he introduces himself to. Steeljaw is notable for having been captured once by the Bee Team but not put back into stasis and knows about the use of subsonics. In "Misdirection", Steeljaw frees various Decepticons from stasis to bolster Glowstrike's ranks. He eventually seizes control of Decepticon Island in the two-part episode "Decepticon Island" only to be defeated and finally captured by Bumblebee and Optimus Prime.
• Underbite (voiced by Liam O'Brien^[1]) - A Texan-accented Decepticon Chompazoid (a Gorgonopsia-motif Cybertronian) who transforms into a Cybertronian tank-like vehicle. He was imprisoned on the Alchemor for devouring Nuon City. Underbite eats metal to become more powerful. He is the first Decepticon the Autobots encounter on Earth in the two-part pilot. Underbite is captured by the end of "Pilot: Part 2", but escapes with the help of Steeljaw in "True Colors" and later joins his team. When he fought Grimlock in "Sideways", the Dinobot tricked him into eating some plastic, which made him sick. He is later captured again at the end of the two-part episode "Battlegrounds".
• Hammerstrike (voiced by David Kaye^[1]) - A hammerhead shark-motif Sharkticon pirate who transforms into a submarine and wishes to rule Earth's seas. He is captured by Bumblebee and Grimlock in "Trust Exercises".
• Bisk (voiced by Khary Payton^[1]) - A cocky and arrogant lobster-motif Decepticon who transforms into a futuristic muscle car. He is quickly captured by the Autobots in "More Than Meets the Eye", but is later freed by Steeljaw and brought to Glowstrike in "Misdirection". In "Bumblebee's Night Off", Bisk causes a heist during a Rear Axle concert and is recaptured by Bumblebee's group alongside Hammer and Anvil.
• Chop Shop (voiced by David Hunt^[1]) - A Decepticon combiner who is able to split his body into five spider-like Mini-Cons. He is captured by the Autobots with the exception of one part in "More Than Meets the Eye". In "The Trouble With Fixit", the right arm component successfully reunited with the rest of Chop Shop, allowing him to briefly escape with some Energon cubes before being recaptured by Fixit.
  • "Righty" (voiced by Will Friedle)^[3] - The right arm component of Chop Shop who evades capture in "More Than Meets the Eye". In "Even Robots Have Nightmares", Righty attempts to release the rest only to get captured by Nightstrike. He is last seen saving Denny and Russell from Nightstrike before crawling away. As of "The Trouble with Fixit," the right arm component is reunited with Chop Shop.
• Terrashock (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson^[1]) - A brutish Buffaloid (a bison-like Cybertronian) who transforms into an armored truck and was an enforcer for the Decepticon Contrail prior to his incarceration on the Alchemor. In "W.W.O.D.?", he is discovered by humans and brought to the city museum. Upon being freed, Terrashock worked to try to make contact with Contrail. He is later captured by the Autobots.
• Thunderhoof (voiced by Frank Stallone^[1]) - An elk-motif Decepticon and a former crime boss back on Cybertron who transforms into a tractor with a thresh attachment. Back on Cybertron, Thunderhoof had Scowl and Silverhound as his mob enforcers. As revealed in "Sideways", he was incarcerated on the Alchemor after Clampdown tipped off the authorities. He later joins Steeljaw's team in "As the Kospego Commands!". He is captured at the end of the two-part "Battlegrounds", but is later freed by Steeljaw in "Misdirection". Although Thunderhoof is not pleased to see Steeljaw after what happened during the Megatronus incident, Steeljaw states that he has seen the error of his ways and brings him to Glowstrike. He is eventually recaptured following the two-part "Decepticon Island."
• Filch (voiced by Constance Zimmer^[1]) - A Corvicon (a crow-like Decepticon) who transforms into a robotic crow has an obsession to collect anything shiny. She is captured by the Autobots in "Collect 'Em All." Her robot mode is briefly seen in the show, but a better view of it appears in the Tiny Titans portion of the toyline.
• Minitron - A Cyber-Tick who controls Cybertronians by biting them. In "True Colors", he worked for Steeljaw to possess Grimlock and is captured by the Autobots.
• Springload (voiced by John Steven Rocha^[1]) - An insane Amphiboid (a frog-motif Cybertronian) who transforms into a compact pickup truck. He is obsessed with finding the lost city of Doradus, though everyone claims it a myth, and was incarcerated on the Alchemor for attacking museum staff and guards. He is built with acidic skin as a defense mechanism. Springload is soon captured by Bumblebee and Strongarm in "Rumble in the Jungle" and briefly escapes his stasis pod along with Quillfire, only to be captured again in "One of Our Mini-Cons is Missing". He is later freed a second time by Steeljaw and brought to Glowstrike in "Misdirection". In "Bumblebee's Night Out", he evaded captured while trying to bring supplies to Steeljaw. Despite his absence in the two-part "Decepticon Island", he is most likely recaptured (for the third time) off-screen.
• Ped (voiced by Eddie Deezen^[1]) - A worm-motif Decepticon who transforms into a tanker truck and was apparently bullied by others of his kind. Ped has the ability to create sinkholes when underground. Ped is captured by the Autobots with Jazz's help in "Can You Dig It?".
• Quillfire (voiced by Andy Milder^[1]) - A rebellious porcupine-motif Decepticon anarchist whose weapons consist of toxic quills and transforms into an armored pick-up truck that is similar to that of Bulkhead's. He is captured by the Autobots in "Adventures in Bumblebee-Sitting!" and briefly escapes his stasis pod along with Springload, only to be captured again in "One of Our Mini-Cons is Missing". He is later freed a second time by Steeljaw and brought to Glowstrike in "Misdirection," but is recaptured (for the third time) in "Impounded" alongside Back and Forth.
• Fracture (voiced by Kevin Pollak^[1]) - A Decepticon bounty hunter and Drift's rival who transforms into a purple motorcycle. He originally came to Earth to collect the bounty placed on Bumblebee in "Hunting Season". He later joins Steeljaw's team sometime prior to "Sideways" and is captured at the end of the two-part "Battlegrounds". Fracture is one of a very few Decepticons who not only has neither an animal motif nor a beast mode, but was also not imprisoned on the Alchemor to begin with.
  • Airazor and Divebomb (voiced by Roger Craig Smith and Khary Payton^[1] respectively) - Fracture's Mini-Con servants who can both transform into torpedoes that attach to Fracture's shoulders. They are both captured by the end of the two-part episode "Battlegrounds."
• Malodor (voiced by Daniel Roebuck)^[3] - The leader of a group of four striped skunk-motif Decepticons known as the Skunkticons who can spray a liquid chemical out of their tails that blinds their target. He and his crew all transform into muscle cars resembling the 1969 Chevrolet Nova. They are all captured by the Autobots in "Out of Focus".
• Clampdown (voiced by Jim Cummings^[1]) - A cowardly crab-motif Decepticon that turns into a modified Ford Focus hatchback. As an informant on Cybertron, Clampdown will rat anyone out to get out of jail, including Thunderhoof. Clampdown eventually ended up on Alchemor for trying to blackmail a member of the Autobot High Council. He is captured at the end of the two-part "Battlegrounds". Clampdown is later freed by Steeljaw in "Misdirection" and brought to Glowstrike who seemed unimpressed by him. He is later recaptured in "Decepticon Island: Part 1".
• Nightstrike (voiced by Tom Kenny)^[3] - A polite but murderous Decepticon who transforms into a robotic vampire bat and uses sound waves to entice the worst fears of his prey and suck their Energon. He is captured by the Autobots in "Even Robots Have Nightmares". Until the release of his Tiny Titans toy, it was unsure whether or not his beast mode was actually a robot mode motif.
• Vertebreak (voiced by Charlie Schlatter)^[3] - A snake-motif Decepticon mad scientist who can transform into a train. He was imprisoned on the Alchemor for his illegal cyber-grafting experiments. In "Some Body, Any Body", Vertebreak removes Sideswipe's head and uses his body for his own nefarious purposes. He is later captured by the Autobots.
• Octopunch (voiced by Ted Biaselli)^[3] - An octopus-motif Decepticon who transforms into a submarine. Octopunch was imprisoned on the Alchemor for crashing ships just so he can raid them. He is captured by the Autobots in "Deep Trouble".
• Groundpounder (voiced by John DiMaggio)^[3] - A hot-headed gorilla-motif Decepticon and former Cybertronian gladiator who transforms into an excavator. He was also a pro-wrestler, of which Fixit was a fan of. Groundpounder was arrested for going on a rampage after being accused of cheating and was incarcerated on Alchemor. He is soon captured by the Autobots after being defeated by Grimlock in "The Champ". Groundpounder is later freed by Steeljaw and brought to Glowstrike in "Misdirection", but is recaptured in the two-part "Decepticon Island."
  • Headlock (voiced by Eric Bauza)^[3] - Groundpounder's devious coach who transforms into a forklift truck. He is also the real reason behind Groundpounder's cheating. He is captured by the Autobots after being defeated by Fixit in "The Champ". Along with Overload, Headlock is one of a few prisoners that does not have an animal motif in robot mode or a beast mode.
• Kickback (voiced by Liam O'Brien)^[3] - A psychotic, yet idiotic grasshopper-themed Insecticon who can transform into a Blown Top Drag racing car. Going by his namesake, Kickback is highly trained in karate due to his powerful kicks. In "Lockout", Steeljaw and his team used him as bait, yet he was able to escape. He returns in "Metal Meltdown", where he is shown to have become a member of Glowstrike's crew. Next to Steeljaw, Kickback was the only other Decepticon featured in the first two seasons to have never been captured. He is most likely captured in the two-part "Decepticon Island".
• Scowl (voiced by Mark Hildreth)^[3] - Another Dinobot who transforms into a mechanical Ankylosaurus and uses a Kaboomer. He was a former mob enforcer who worked for Thunderhoof. Much like Grimlock, Scowl likes to smash things for his own entertainment. In "Similarly Different," Grimlock briefly befriended Scowl due to them being Dinobots until his betrayal. He is later captured by the Autobots after being defeated by Grimlock.
• "Fancyclaws" - An unidentified black panther-motif Decepticon with laser claw attacks who can transform into a modified 1987 Ford Mustang with monstrous tires. He is quickly apprehended by Windblade when she first appears in "The Buzz on Windblade".
• Zizza (voiced by Jackée Harry)^[3] - A tyrannical queen bee-motif Decepticon who uses a toxin to control the minds of her victims. Both her robot and beast modes are bee-themed. Zizza was incarcerated on the Alchemor for mind-controlling Cybertronians into doing her bidding. She is later captured by the Autobots with Windblade's help in "the Buzz on Windblade".
• Pseudo (voiced by Eric Bauza)^[3] - A silent, but sneaky ladybug larva-themed Decepticon Shifter and spy with the ability to shape-shift into anything or anyone he desires. He is captured by the Autobots in "Ghosts and Impostors".

Decepticons introduced in Season Two

• Glowstrike (voiced by Grey Griffin)^[3] - A female Insecticon who transforms into a robotic firefly and serves as a main antagonist of the second season. She possesses the ability to fire energy blasts from her hands and skirt-like feature and is frustrated by the apparent incompetence of her various underlings. She leads a crew of fugitive Decepticons while based in a crashed aft section of the Alchemor that landed in a swamp. Following Kickback and Saberhorn's failure in "Metal Meltdown", Glowstrike and Scorponok end up meeting Steeljaw. In "Misdirection," Glowstrike finds that Steeljaw has freed several Decepticons to bolster her ranks. In the two-part "Decepticon Island", she is overthrown by Steeljaw and is later captured.
• Scorponok (voiced by Victor Brandt)^[3] - A Decepticon gladiator who can transform into a robotic scorpion and is capable of using his bladed tail in robot or animal mode. As revealed in "Misdirection," Scorponok was imprisoned on the Alchemor for terrorizing outlying communities on Cybertron that are largely outside the reach of the law by tearing them down and intimidating the inhabitants for simple enjoyment. In "Metal Meltdown", he is shown to be partners with Glowstrike. in "Misdirection", Scorponok fought Bumblebee and Grimlock alongside Crazybolt, Slicedice, Bludgeon, and Clout, only to be defeated and imprisoned in stasis pods. While official Cybertronian police records indicate that he was a prisoner aboard the Alchemor, Fixit had no record of Scorponok on his manifest.
  • Bludgeon and Clout (both voiced by Dee Bradley Baker)^[3] - A pair of medieval-themed Cyclone Mini-Cons partnered with Scorponok who can transform into spiked spheres. Like Backtrack and Ransack, they are virtually identical to each other except for their color schemes. They fought Bumblebee and Grimlock alongside Scorponok, Crazybolt, and Slicedice only to be defeated and imprisoned in stasis pods in "Misdirection".
• Saberhorn (voiced by Fred Tatasciore)^[3] - An Insecticon pirate who transforms into a robotic rhinoceros beetle. He wields dual sabers and relishes "sporting" combat against worthy adversaries. He was imprisoned on Alchemor for plundering cargo vessels, but Fixit had no record of this on his manifest. Bumblebee's team first encountered him while he was on a mission to recover thermanite for use in repairing Glowstrike's base in "Metal Meltdown". He later praises Steeljaw when he brings various Decepticons freed from stasis to bolster Glowstrike's ranks in "Misdirection". He is later overthrown with Glowstrike by Steeljaw in the two-part "Decepticon Island" and is later captured.
• Overload (voiced by Dave Fennoy)^[3] - A Shakespearean-mannered Deception who transforms into a Cybertronian tank. Overload was a Decepticon spy during the Cybertronian War whose efforts greatly damaged the Autobot installations until he was discovered by Optimus Prime, which led to him by getting incarcerated aboard the Alchemor. His actions also resulted in Bumblebee suffering harm, leaving the Autobot scout with a long-standing grudge. Bumblebee later convinces his Mini-Con partners to turn against him where they managed to defeat Overload in the two-part "Overloaded". He is later freed by Steeljaw and brought to Glowstrike in "Misdirection", but is recaptured in the two-part "Decepticon Island."
  • Backtrack and Ransack (both voiced by Steven Blum)^[3] - A pair of Cyclone Mini-Cons who join Overload in the two-part "Overloaded". They can both transform into spheres that can attach to Overload's wrists. They are virtually identical to each other except for their color schemes. Backtrack and Ransack were later convinced by Bumblebee to turn against Overload.
• Polarclaw (voiced by Steven Blum)^[3] - A ballistic polar bear-motif Decepticon with a sonic roar who transforms into an SUV-type snowmobile with a snowplow attached to the front. His appearance and behavior are a direct homage to the Beast Wars character of the same name, with his robot mode being an altered version of Steeljaw's. Polarclaw was imprisoned on the Alchemor for his activities as a crime boss on Cybertron. Upon his escape, he holed himself up at the Arctic Circle near a research base. Polarclaw was defeated and captured by Optimus Prime and the Away Team in the two-part episode "Overloaded".
• Crazybolt (voiced by James Arnold Taylor)^[3] - A horned lizard-motif Decepticon arsonist who can transform into a monstrous muscle car resembling a cross between a 1969 Pontiac Firebird and a 1983 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Crazybolt ended up on the Alchemor for leveling Steel City as the buildings there were impending his mobility. Upon escaping Alchemor during the crash, he continues to set his obstacles on fire. After setting a fire in the park during a fight between Bumblebee and Grimlock in "Suspended", he was able to get away. He later fought the Autobots a second time before being captured in "Misdirection."
  • Slicedice (voiced by Gary Anthony Williams)^[3] - Crazybolt's devoted lizard-motif Mini-Con partner. He fought Bumblebee and Grimlock alongside Crazybolt, only to be captured in "Misdirection".
• Razorpaw (voiced by Jonathan Adams)^[3] - A bossy yet nefarious and intimidating puma-motif Decepticon who is Swelter and Glacius' current boss. Razorpaw has the ability to siphon Energon from other Transformers. He tried to drain the energy from Windblade before he was defeated by Optimus Prime in "Cover Me". His character design is a recolored version of "Fancyclaws'" character model minus the tail.
  • Swelter and Glacius (voiced by Robbie Rist and Yuri Lowenthal respectively) - A pair of Decepticon Mini-Cons who can both transform into torpedoes and share the same body-type as Divebomb. Swelter possesses fire-elemental abilities while Glacius possesses ice-elemental abilities. Of the pair, Swelter resents the fact that Razorpaw doesn't acknowledge or reward him and Glacius for their efforts. On the other hand, Glacius seems content in being Razorpaw's lackey. They are eventually defeated after Optimus Prime slammed two cars between them in "Cover Me".
• Torpor - A Decepticon Mini-Con who is seen rigging some communication device when he is confronted by Bumblebee's group in "Brainpower". He managed to blast Bumblebee and Strongarm with his eye beams before being taken down by Grimlock. His character design is an altered version of Airazor's.
• Simacore (voiced by Matthew Yang King)^[3] - A temperamental Bornean orangutan-motif Decepticon scientist whose shared the same body-type as Groundpounder. Simacore was incarcerated on the Alchemor after an experiment of his went wrong and he took his frustration out on his colleagues. He is captured after being tricked by Grimlock in "Brainpower".
  • Axiom and Theorem (both voiced by Jeff Bennett)^[3] - Simacore's monkey-motif Mini-Con partners. Axiom has a haughty personality, whereas Theorem has a snooty personality. They are both captured in "Brainpower".
• Hammer and Anvil (both voiced by Carlos Alazraqui)^[3] - A pair of Cyclone Mini-Cons who accompanied Bisk into committing a heist during a Rear Axle concert. Hammer's alternate form is a dragon/phoenix creature and can transform into a sphere while Anvil's alternate form has a gargoyle-motif where he can transform into a spiked sphere. They are both captured alongside Bisk in "Bumblebee's Night Off".
• Silverhound (voiced by Eric Bauza)^[3] - Silverhound is a bulldog-motif Decepticon who served as a mob enforcer of Thunderhoof like Scowl. His character design is an altered version of Terrashock's, where he has ears in place of the horns and has a wider, more pronounced snout to create a vaguely canine-looking face. He is captured in "Impounded".
• Back and Forth (both voiced by Eric Bauza)^[3] - A pair of Cyclone Mini-Cons with magnetic abilities who can transform into spheres. Back's robot mode resembles a four-legged creature with stubby arms while Forth's robot mode resembles a lizard-like creature. They accompanied Quillfire into fighting Bumblebee's group and are both captured in "Impounded".
• Soundwave - A Decepticon spy and communications officer who transforms into a blue UAV drone aircraft resembling an MQ-9 Reaper. He was trapped in an alternate dimension known as the Shadowzone by the end of Transformers: Prime. He returned in "Portals" when Fixit had an accident with the Groundbridge. Bumblebee's group were able to send him back into the Shadowzone before he can signal more Decepticons to come to Earth.
  • Laserbeak - A bird-like Mini-Con surveillance drone under the command of Soundwave who can detach from his chest. He escaped the Shadowzone alongside Soundwave, but was later sent back in "Portals".
• Stockade (voiced by Gregg Berger)^[3] - A badger-motif decorative Decepticon general. He tried to stage a military coup, but failed after he was defeated by Optimus Prime and was incarcerated on the Alchemor. He is captured after being defeated by Sideswipe, Jetstorm, and Slipstream in "Graduation Exercises".
  • Major Mayhems (collectively voiced by Eric Bauza, Gregg Berger, Roger Craig Smith, and Mitchell Whitfield) - A legion of identical Cyclone Mini-Con foot soldiers under the command of Stockade who can all transform into spheres. They are captured by the end of "Graduation Exercises".
• Vehicons (collectively voiced by Jim Cummings and Fred Tatasciore)^[3] - A legion of identical Decepticon foot soldiers residing in Decepticon Island that make up the bulk of Glowstrike's army. Some transform into sports cars resembling the EcoJet Concept and others transform into Cybertronain fighter jets. In Transformers: Prime, they were generally commanded by Megatron and shared a common uniform color scheme of black and purple. In this series, their color schemes vary among themselves. They are all most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".

Decepticons introduced in the mini-series

• Starscream (voiced by Steven Blum)^[4] - The Air Commander of the Decepticon Seekers and Megatron's former second-in-command who transforms into a harrier jet, seeking revenge against Bumblebee and Optimus Prime. He was last seen being attacked by the Predacons Predaking, Darksteel, and Skylynx in Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising. However, as revealed in "Mini-Con Madness", Starscream "led" Darksteel and Skylynx into Darkmount, where he "turned a stash of weapons against them" and killed them. He then discovered a lab where the Weaponizer Mini-Cons remained in stasis; there he tested a theory that by Power Surge linking with all Weaponizers, he could become more powerful than even a Prime. While at Darkmount, he gained his new form based off his Generation One and Animated counterparts and returned to Earth, accompanied by Shadelock, Roughedge, and an Insecticon, to reclaim the Weaponizers, who had escaped him as soon as he released them, so he could acquire enough power to extract revenge on Megatron. After retrieving the Dark Star Saber from the Scavengers and capturing Bumblebee, Fixit, Slipstream, and Jetstorm in "Mighty Big Trouble", he eventually captures Aerobolt, Sawtooth, Buzzstrike, Windstrike, Bashbreaker, Lancelon in "Mini-Con Madness" and later Tricerashot in "Worthy". Despite Power Surge linking with all Weaponizers, he is defeated by the Autobots (with Aerobolt helping out by Power Surge linking with Optimus) and then captured in "Worthy".
  • Shadelock (voiced by Kirk Thornton) - A Decepticon bounty hunter under the command of Starscream whose character model is a modified version of the Miner Vehicons' character model. While he is completely fine with committing truly atrocious acts as part of a contract, he does not really seem to take any pleasure from such cruelties as it is all just part of the job. He is captured by the end of "Worthy".
  • Roughedge - A former Autobot (judging by the fact that his Autobot insignia appear to have been scratched through) under the command of Starscream. His character model is an altered version of the character models of the Cybertronian Museum Guards from "Pilot: Part 1". He is captured by the end of "Worthy".
  • Starscream's Insecticon - A currently unnamed Insecticon soldier under the command of Starscream. His character model resembles the character models for the Insecticons from Transformers: Prime. He is captured by the end of "Worthy".
• Scavengers - The Scavengers are a group of Decepticon relic hunters who arrived on Earth to look for relics from the Great War and struck up a partnership with some Weaponizer Mini-Cons, who are not pleased with their violent ways. They were eventually abandoned by the Weaponizers who defected to the Autobots and knocked into the ocean by Starscream with the Dark Star Saber in "Might Big Trouble." In "Mini-Con Madness," the Scavengers try to capture the Mini-Cons by fighting the Autobots, but Starscream outdoes them and captures most of the Mini-Cons. In "Worthy", the Scavengers are finally defeated by the Autobots with help from Tricerashot, who initially refused to fight with the Autobots before he returned to Power Surge link with Grimlock upon realizing the danger his fellow Weaponizers were in.
  • Clawtrap (voiced by André Sogliuzzo) - The leader of the Scavengers who shares the same body-type as Clampdown, minus the eyestalks. He was by far the only Scavenger not discovered by the Autobots until "Mini-Con Madness".
  • Paralon (voiced by Jason Spisak) - A Decepticon Scavenger who shares the same body-type as Scorponok, but with a purple color scheme and head mold based off Beast Wars Scorponok. He is known for looking to find his next big score before somebody else can beat him to it and steal the glory that is rightfully his. To this end, he will do just about anything to gain a reputation, even brutalize his own kind to get what he wants. Paralon was discovered by the Bee Team while scavenging in the ruins of Outpost Omega One in "History Lessons."
  • Scatterspike (voiced by Robin Weigert) - A rowdy female Decepticon Scavenger who shares the same body-type as Quillfire, but with a red and purple color scheme. Scatterspike was discovered by Strongarm and Fixit while scavenging in Mount St. Hilary in "Strongarm's Big Score."
  • Thermidor (voiced by Jim Cummings) - A pirate-mannered Decepticon Scavenger who shares the same body-type as Bisk with a blue color scheme and a different head. He was the original owner of the Scavangers' ship before it was commandeered by Clawtrap. Thermidor was discovered by Grimlock followed by the rest of the Bee Team while scavenging near a mountain monastery in "Pretzel Logic

Many of these Decepticons are either mentioned but not seen or resemble characters from this and the previous show in recolored and/or altered form.

• "That One with all the Eyes" - An as-yet-unnamed multi-eyed Decepticon inmate of the Alchemor. He is said to have been captured.
• Ratchet's Captive - An unidentified Decepticon criminal captured by Ratchet and Undertone who they chased to Earth prior to encountering Clampdown and later Bumblebee's group in "Decepticon Island: Part 1". Ratchet mentions that he was after this Decepticon for years.
• Decepticon Island Decepticons - The generic inhabitants of Decepticon Island.
  • Decepticon Island Chompazoids - A pair of unnamed Chompazoids residing in Decepticon Island who serve as Glowstrike and Scorponok's "guard dogs". They are both identical in design to Underbite, but with different lower jaws. One is burgundy while the other is light brown. They are both most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".
  • Decepticon Island Insecticon - An unnamed Insecticon soldier residing in Decepticon Island with a black, bright-green, and teal color scheme who transforms into a robotic Hercules beetle. He is most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".
  • Decepticon Island Cyclones - A pair of unnamed Cyclone Mini-Cons residing in Decepticon Island who share the same body-type as Ransack and Backtrack. One is purple while the other is black and green. They are both most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".
  • Kickback's Crush - An unnamed female Decepticon residing in Decepticon Island who transforms into an orange and blue helicopter resembling an RAH-66 Comanche. As shown in "Metal Meltdown", Kickback seems to have a crush on her. Her character design resembles the character model for Airachnid, but without the spider legs. She is most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".
  • Decepticon Island Sharkticon #1 - A Sharkticon residing in Decepticon Island who is identical in design to Hammerstrike, but with yellow eyes and a silver and purple color scheme based off the Generation 1 Sharkticons. In "Portals", Steeljaw had to beat him up in order to prove his loyalty to Glowstrike (who claimed that the Sharkticon was acting against her interests). He is most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".
  • Decepticon Island Sharkticon #2 - Another Sharkticon residing in Decepticon Island who is also identical in design to Hammerstrike, but with a brown and tan color scheme while also sharing the same yellow eyes as the other Decepticon Island Sharkticon. He is most likely captured by the end of the two-part "Decepticon Island".

Thirteen

The Thirteen are the original Cybertronians that were created by Primus during his fight with Unicron. Most of the Thirteen currently reside in the Realm of the Primes.

• Micronus Prime (voiced by Adrian Pasdar)^[3] - The first Mini-Con who was among the original thirteen Cybertronians created by Primus during his fight with Unicron and currently resides in the Realm of the Primes. In "Out of Focus", he trains Optimus Prime to help him prepare for the fight against Megatronus. Following Megatronus' apparent demise in "Battlegrounds" Pt. 2, Micronus appeared in "Overloaded" Pt. 1 to strip Optimus Prime of the additional power that he and the other Primes granted Optimus which left him in a weakened state. Before departing back to the Realm of the Primes, Micronus scanned Optimus Prime and states that he'll recover.
• Vector Prime (voiced by Troy Baker)^[3] - A member of the Thirteen who is the guardian of time and space. Like Micronus and the other Primes, he was created by Primus during his fight with Unicron and currently resides in the Realm of the Primes. In "Battlegrounds" Pt. 1, he empowered Optimus Prime enough to leave the Realm of the Primes to help fight Megatronus.
• Megatronus / The Fallen (voiced by Gil Gerard)^[3] - One of the original Primes of Cybertron who, alongside his twelve colleagues, was created at the beginning of time by Primus to defeat Unicron, after which turned his back on the others by murdering Solus Prime and later became the first Decepticon. Originally banished to another realm, he successfully escaped his imprisonment with the help of Steeljaw and his team by the end of "Battlegrounds" Pt. 1 where he planned to take the remains of Unicron's Anti-Spark from Earth's core and combine it with the AllSpark from Cybertron (destroying both worlds in the process) to control the universe. His plan fails and he is apparently killed in the process in "Battlegrounds" Pt. 2, though not without indicating beforehand that he received additional power from a great source.

Humans

• Russell Clay (voiced by Stuart Allan^[1]) - A 10-year-old boy who was sent by his mother to live with his father, Denny. He first encounters Sideswipe which leads him and his father to befriend the Autobots. He is headstrong and constantly begs to join the team on their missions. He is also an avid watcher of horror movies. His father often gives him the nickname "Rusty".
• Denny Clay (voiced by Ted McGinley^[1]) - Russell's father who own a scrapyard of collectible items which becomes the Autobot's base of operations. He is also handy with tools and construction which allows him to work alongside Fixit, who in turn allows him to study Cybertronian technology. He also runs interference with the Autobots, using several disguises to help prevent other humans from discovering the Autobot's and Decepticon's existence.
• Henrietta "Hank" (voiced by Bailey Gambertoglio^[1]) - A neighborhood girl whom Russell befriends while trying to find others to socialize. She is a fan of football and plays it along with her other friends, including Russell.
• Butch (voiced by Will Friedle^[1]) - A neighborhood boy whom Russell befriends while trying to find others to socialize.
• Larry LaRue (voiced by John Katovsich^[1]) - A greedy collector who will stop at nothing to obtain various items. He apparently has a history with Denny.
